Set Menus

Set menus are served banquet style; all the dishes listed are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. Changing dishes on a set menu to include items from the a la carte menu or live seafood menu can only be arranged prior to arrival.
 
With the exception of vegetarians, due to the number of dishes on each menu only one set menu can be served for the table.
 
Without prior knowledge we may not be able to provide a meal for guests with allergies.
 
All prices increase by 10% on Sunday, and by 15% on Public Holidays.
 

Seafood Menu $90.00 per person

Suitable for a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 18 people.
 
Entree
Salt and Pepper Scampi  
Scampi, lightly dusted, deep-fried and tossed in fresh chilli, salt, cracked black pepper and shallots.

Lemongrass Seafood Skewers 
A blend of seafood and spices wrapped around a lemongrass skewer and barbequed.. 
 
Main
 
Kari Kerang
Fresh pipis poached in a light Nonya style curry with coriander, green chilli and lemongrass. 
 
Masak Lemak King Prawns 
King Prawns poached in a traditional Nonya Masak Lemak style curry sauce. Served with Roti Canai, a pan-fried crispy Malay bread.
 
Singapore Curry Fish  
Authentic Singaporean style curry made with tomato and eggplant. 
Medium hot
 
Szechuan Eggplant
Marinated eggplant stir-fried dry style with shallots, cashew nuts and dry chillies. Served on a bed of Chinese water spinach. 
 
Steamed Rice
 

Dessert Supplement $10.00 per person

Served for the whole table.
 
Black Rice Pudding
Black glutinous rice cooked with Pandan leaves served with thick coconut cream, palm sugar and fresh fruit.
 
Ice Cream Ball 
Bite size ice cream ball dipped in chocolate.
